Who we are
Saltwater Solutions is a commercial diving business run by Connor Sullivan in Victoria, BC. Questions about your information go to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, company, phone, email, the job, where it is, when you need it and the details you give. Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no ad trackers.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. Turnstile checks your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that check.
Why
To answer your request, quote the job and do the work. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for marketing lists.
Where it goes
The form sends your request by email to Connor Sullivan. It passes through Cloudflare (which hosts the site and runs the form) and Resend (which delivers the email). Both may process it outside Canada.
How long we keep it
Booking requests that don't turn into a job are deleted within 12 months. If we do the job, the records are kept as business records for as long as the Canada Revenue Agency requires (six years after the end of the tax year), then deleted. Ask and we'll delete yours sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected].
